A user manual with examples of what is possible with your application.

It looks like a neat and useful application, but the user interface is too confusing, and busy. Maybe a wizard to help setup some useful toolbars. Also the ability to make a toolbar icon, so my taskbar does not get filled up with toolbars. Maybe a cascading toolbar, click 1 icon on your taskbar, flys out a row of your toolbars. One other note on transparency, make an option to only make the background transparent, but not the icons in the toolbar. The icons (and text) become very difficult to see when they are as transparent as the background, especially when the wallpaper is not a flat color.
