Allow multiple instances so that you could have a seperate True launch menu for unrelated categories and provide icon for identity purposes

This would be useful so that you could have multiple true launch menus on the task bar for example one for graphics apps, one social networking etc. Each of these could have sub menus if required. It saves all items /menus being put on one True Launch menu, thus ending up like the start menu. You would also need an identifying icon for each menu.
